In the event your battery pack is not suitable for refurbishment the battery pack will be responsibly disposed of and you will be informed by our service team. If you wish to have the battery returned this will need to be stated when booking the battery in and will be liable for the cost of return postage. Battery packs are dispatched for refurbishment on the last working day of each month and take approx 2-3 weeks to be repaired. Every battery returned needs to have a label adhered with your full name and deliveryaddress attached directly to the battery housing.
